Tracking and attribution for event services. Know which pound worked. Prove it. Decide on it.

First-party, server-side measurement across paid and organic, clicks and phone calls, all the way to closed revenue, and a fully compliant consent path underneath it all.

Start with the EEPS Assessment
Sound Familiar?

Ask which channel won your best client last year. Go on.

For most event businesses the honest answer is a shrug. The phone call that started it was never tracked. The organic search behind the call was invisible. Browser privacy changes quietly broke half the old tracking, and nobody flagged it to the people signing the invoices.

So budgets get set on gut feel, and the channels that win the biggest, slowest deals get cut first, because they're the hardest to see.

You can't grow on purpose what you can't measure.

Why is attribution so hard for event businesses, and why does it matter more?

Two reasons compound. Your sales cycles are long, so first touch and closed deal can be months and many interactions apart. And a lot of your business happens on the phone, which most tracking ignores completely.

Add the last few years of privacy change. Cookie-based tracking, the kind most agencies still quietly rely on, has been breaking steadily. The data in a standard analytics dashboard is now a partial, guessy picture, and decisions made on it are decisions made half-blind.

So we build the version that actually holds up. First-party and server-side, which survives where cookies don't. It stitches the whole journey together: paid and organic, the click and the phone call, first touch through to signed contract. And it's built on a complete, end-to-end consent path, legally compliant across UK GDPR and the relevant US state laws, so it stands up wherever your buyers are. That consent-and-compliance work is a serious undertaking, and it's one of the most valuable things we build.

How we run tracking and attribution inside EEPS

We instrument everything: every page, every funnel, every form and every call, with server-side events feeding a single, trustworthy picture of what drives revenue. Consent is handled properly from the first click, so the data is both complete and compliant. Then that real conversion data feeds back into your ad platforms, so they optimise toward won pipeline instead of surface-level form fills.

It's the pillar that proves the other three. Without it, Authority, Attraction and Automation are acts of faith. With it, every one of them is accountable, and every year's decisions get sharper.

Questions

About Tracking & Attribution.

Doesn't Google Analytics already do this?+

Not for a business like yours. Standard analytics is cookie-based, misses phone calls, breaks under privacy changes, and rarely connects a click to a deal closed months later. What we build is server-side, call-inclusive, and stitched to revenue. It's a different category of data.

Is all this tracking actually legal?+

It's built to be, deliberately. The whole point is a complete, compliant consent path across UK GDPR and the relevant US state laws. Done properly, robust tracking and full compliance aren't in tension; the compliance is what makes the data dependable.

We're a smaller operator. Is this too much for us?+

The infrastructure scales to fit, and even a modest version changes how you make decisions, because you stop guessing. And if you're an ongoing client, it's included regardless of size. Knowing what works isn't a luxury reserved for the biggest accounts.

Stop optimising for the fraction you can see.
