In their words

Nelson Brooks, Owner of Party Host Boys, on trading hope for a system.

Who They Are

Party Host Boys is one of America's best-known event hosting and bartending groups: 120+ staff delivering more than 1,500 events a year across seven states, under a portfolio of brands. Their flagship, Cabana Boys, carries serious profile, including a national television feature and outside investment. Alongside it sits Cocktail Crew, the group's B2B bartending arm, where growth is a lead generation game.

One group, two very different jobs: protect the premium reputation of the flagship, and drive a reliable flow of B2B leads for the bartending side. Both needed the same thing underneath, a system.

The challenge

The business was built on genuine word-of-mouth. That was also its ceiling. Owner Nelson Brooks put it plainly: “Before Codarity, I was just hoping that people would inquire on our website.”

Under the hood, the advertising was chaos: 70 to 80 separate campaigns each spending pennies, run by a freelancer with no events background, with no structure, no targeting discipline, and no way to forecast. Five brands, two business models (self-service bookings and consultation-led premium work), and no systematic way to capture or nurture a lead across any of them.

The work

Built in layers.

Attraction

We consolidated 70+ fragmented campaigns into a clean, brand-specific structure, cut the wasteful penny-spend, and built multi-creator video content tuned to each brand and market. Then we gave them a repeatable framework for entering new territories rather than improvising each time.

Automation

Custom landing pages and lead-capture systems for each service tier, feeding separate funnels for self-service versus consultation bookings, so a wedding enquiry and a corporate bartending lead are handled the way each deserves.

Architecture

Attribution tracking across every brand and campaign, giving Nelson clear ROI visibility for the first time, so decisions are made on what actually returns, not on hope.

The result

Top campaigns now hit 14x return on ad spend, with 13+ qualified leads landing every week and 19% year-on-year revenue growth in November alone. Operations run systematically across all seven states. The bottleneck has flipped from "will the leads come?" to "how fast can we hire to meet demand," which is the good kind of problem.

Finding somebody who has expertise in the industry you're in is super helpful. They take everything they've learned from other clients and apply it to your business. There's a genuine interest in helping me grow.
